Shipping & Delivery

We want you to receive your Audemu products as quickly and reliably as possible. That's why we work with selected shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping countries & costs

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For insured premium/express shipping—insured against theft/loss or damage to the package—the delivery cost is €4.95. Delivery times Our orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is:

Germany: 2–4 business days

Austria: 3–5 business days

Switzerland: 3–5 business days

International deliveries: Variable

Please note that in exceptional cases, e.g. during periods of high demand (e.g. Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Christmas) or due to unforeseen logistical delays, delivery times may be longer.

Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.

Customs & import duties

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or customs charges. These costs are to be borne by the recipient and are not covered by Audemu UG.
