How to use?

1. Remove the protective strip
Tear off a small section in the middle of the back and pull the protective strips off to the left and right.

2. Applying the nasal strips
Position the nasal strip between the bridge of your nose and the tip of your nose, place it gently on your nose, and press down gently for 10 seconds to ensure that the nasal strip is securely in place.
