    The Effect of Mouth Taping on Mouth Breathers with Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea: A Preliminary Study

    A preliminary study involving 20 individuals who breathe through their mouths revealed that wearing Sleep Strips over the mouth during sleep resulted in significant improvements. For example, the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) decreased by approximately 47%.
